EEISA was founded in 1978 and is notable for being a pioneer in the manufacture of simple pressure vessels. Since then, its growth has been constant and the supply of its products does not only reach Mexico, but other markets like the USA, Canada and South America.
Currently, we specialize in the manufacture of tin containers for cosmetics, food and industrial uses.
We have a 6-hectare plant with more than 500 machines that produce 15 million industrial cans and 45 million aerosol containers monthly. We also have a stock of more than 20 thousand tons of tinplate and a number of distributors throughout the Mexican Republic to ensure an optimum and continuous operation.
We also deliver through USA, Canada and South America.
More than 400 machines in production daily operating with state-of-the-art technology and automated processes that allow us to have a wide range of suitable containers that keep a wide variety of products, since they preserve the original properties of the product without any risk for the final consumer.
We provide technical support to our customers throughout all the production process to ensure the proper management of our containers and the proper functioning of their mechanism when filling and closing. This ensures that neither the container nor its contents get damaged during handling.
We also have consultants who provide guidance for the purchase of machinery or suitable equipment for filling and closing.
We offer training for our clients’ technicians and operators so they can learn to use and maintain their packaging machines. They can also be trained to recognize all the features of the containers and they will be able to carry out the quality assessment.
These courses are taught directly in the facilities of our customers or in our plant.
We print and lacquer our containers since we have modern lithographic printing equipment and ovens.
With this technology, we can apply varnish, finish, glaze and direct inks or in a color selection to obtain the best accuracy, sharpness and graphic quality of the design for our customers.
Quality is our main objective; therefore, our quality control processes are rigorous and they involve all the staff in the plant. The process starts with a careful selection of tin to make the containers, and it goes on until the final product is delivered to the customer. Thanks to these controls and the accuracy of the technology applied, our standards of quality, delivery times and service levels have the NORMEX and ISO 9000 certifications.
